Return Policy

At EHAORUI, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

The following items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons:

Earrings (for pierced ears)

Socks

Sale items and discounted merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Initiating a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at helpu@ehaorui.com within the 14-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.

Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective item).

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its status.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get an item you want is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We apologize if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please contact us immediately at helpu@ehaorui.com with your order number and photos/videos of the product issue. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

7. Final Sale Items

Items marked "Final Sale," "Sale," or purchased with a promotional discount cannot be returned or refunded. All sales on these items are final.

8. Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned:

Earrings for pierced ears

Socks

Any item not in its original condition (worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags).
