Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at EHAORUI. The following terms apply to the shipping of your order.

1. Shipping Destinations

We are proud to offer international shipping. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. EHAORUI has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. The recipient of the package is solely responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items in your order and the destination shipping address. The exact cost will be displayed before you finalize your purchase.

We occasionally offer promotional free shipping on orders that meet a specified minimum order value. The terms of such promotions will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

3. Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major US holidays.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. EHAORUI is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping at an additional cost to you.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to activate on the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to deliver your orders. The specific carrier used for your order will be selected at our discretion to provide the best service possible.

6. Incomplete Addresses, Failed Deliveries, & Lost Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or a failure to pay customs fees, we will contact you. Re-shipping the order will incur additional shipping fees.

If a tracking number shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local post office and neighbors. If the package cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
